Want to Exchange?

• You may exchange items purchased on our website by notifying us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please return the item to our store within 14 days in original condition for an even exchange credit.
• We will ship your replacement selection to your door at no extra cost.

Want to Return?

1. You may return items for a full refund by notifying us within 48 hours of receiving your jewelry. We will confirm if the return is approved.
2. After notifying us, please return the unused jewelry in original packaging within one week to get your refund.
3. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. As per consumer protection law, you will receive back 5% of purchase price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

• Returns/exchanges cannot be processed for altered or customized designs.
• Contact us for return shipping instructions to our store location.
• Sale item returns will be refunded at the promotional discounted rate paid, not regular retail price.
• All returns subject to Farroy’s inspection before issuing refund/exchange credit.
