Want to Exchange?
You can exchange items purchased on our site by notifying us within 7 days of receiving the item, and returning it to the store within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is returned with the receipt or exchange note. The item you wish to exchange will be sent back to you via courier at no additional cost.

Want to Return?
Items can be returned for a monetary credit if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the jewelry by email/phone and receive confirmation of cancellation. After notifying us of the return/exchange, the jewelry must be returned within a week from the cancellation notice in its original packaging. After inspection confirming that it has not been worn and is returned in a completely new and intact condition, the credit will be processed within 14 days of the jewelry's return to the store. As per the Consumer Protection Law, the customer will be credited with 5% of the purchase price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

Notes:

• Items that have been altered in any way cannot be returned/exchanged.
• Custom-designed jewelry cannot be returned/exchanged.
• Contact us for instructions on how to return the item.
• For items purchased on sale, exchanges will be made based on the amount paid at the time of purchase, as shown on the invoice, not the full price of the product.
• Monetary credit/exchange will only be made after receiving and inspecting the shipment by Forroy employees.
• The credit will be given provided that the product is returned unused and without any defects or damage.
• If the product is returned not as stated in this clause, the order will not be credited (no monetary credit or voucher will be given).
• It is clarified that Forroy has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
• No monetary credit will be given for products that were not paid for, such as promotions or gifts.
